Technical Volunteer Needed at Fedecrail: Support for Hybrid Meetings, Technical Assistance, and Translation Platform Wordly
Fedecrail is looking for technically skilled volunteers to help us ensure a smooth experience for hybrid meetings and to support our working groups with technical assistance. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing our translation platform, Wordly, so that participants who need language support can follow the discussions seamlessly. If you have experience with digital meeting platforms and would like to help us create effective meetings for our international members, this is a unique opportunity for you!
About the Role
As a technical volunteer, you will:
- Support the setup and management of hybrid meetings with both in-person and virtual participants.
- Provide technical assistance to our working groups, including starting meetings, managing screen sharing, and sharing materials.
- Operate our translation platform, Wordly, ensuring it runs smoothly during meetings so that participants who require language translation can follow the discussions.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical support during meetings and address any issues that may arise.

About the Role
As a webinar organizer, you will:
- Act as a liaison between Fedecrail and our members, responsible for planning and organizing inspiring webinars.
- Develop a plan featuring interesting topics and speakers that add value for our members and align with Fedecrail’s mission.
- Reach out to and connect with knowledgeable and engaging speakers on a wide range of topics, such as regulations, technology, marketing, finance, restoration, and more.
- Ensure that each webinar is well-structured, engaging, and relevant to our members, enhancing the value of membership and providing clear benefits for participants.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and has a strong ability to organize and execute projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and an interest in building strong networks and connections.
