Welcome to General Meeting 3-5 November in Frankfurt.
FEDECRAIL invites to a free event in Frankfurt with a small study visit meetings like HOG, Exceutive and General meeting. Each organization is solely responsible for its travel and accommodation costs.
On Friday we will offer a visit to the Feldenbahn Museum and Saturday will be meeting days. All meeting will be held in english and we are looking into hybrid options but this is first and foremost a physical meeting.
Friday
13:00 arrival at the hotel
14:00 busride to Feldenbahnmuseum with train ride and visiting to the premises some food will be served.
19:00 Dinner at the hotel

09:00 We are happy to invite you to an executive meeting. The board of FEDECRAIL wants to meet executive personnel within the operations to be able to better organize and work with the challenges you see. Before the meeting, we want your organisation to prepare the five biggest challenges that you and/or your members have and that we can work on together. We would also like a short presentation of your association in a couple of minutes.
All members are given a few minutes to present their organisation.

13:30 Generalmeeting, FEDECRAIL will present budget 2024, The work of the various working groups and other issues of interest to our members.
