On Monday, January 27, 2025, at 8:03 PM (CET), the official notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) was sent out via email to all members. This serves as the formal invitation in accordance with the FEDECRAIL constitution.

Beyond the AGM itself, we have planned an exciting programme, featuring opportunities to explore some of the Isle of Man’s unique and remarkable moving heritage. This event will also bring together a diverse range of individuals from across Europe’s heritage rail sector, making it a truly special occasion for collaboration and exchange.
Important Information About AGM Documents
We will continuously publish key documents for the AGM on our website to ensure members have access to the necessary information.
📢 No printed documents will be provided at the AGM.
For environmental reasons, we have decided to move away from printed materials. Instead, all documents will be available digitally, and we encourage attendees to follow the AGM using digital devices or bring their own printed copies if preferred. This change is part of our commitment to reducing waste, as handling large amounts of paper before and after the meeting has proven inefficient.
