Search for light steel wheels for hand trolleys

FEDECRAIL member from Gulbene, Latvia, needs some assistance from colleagues: They are going to produce one interesting railway stuff – a wooden hand trolley from the end of the 19th century – beginning 20th century. Unfortunately there were no drawings available any more, but the members of Gulbenes-Aluksnes banitis prepared some drawings out of historic picture. Problem is that they need a steel wheels for it, in diameter 10 – 12 inches. One way is to order them in steel workshop, but they are afraid it would be too expensive. Another way to solve the problem is to buy such already produced.
