Membership Fees & Structure

Membership categories are tailored to suit businesses of different sizes and industries:

🔹 Commercial Partnerships – for businesses that provide products or services to the heritage rail sector, including suppliers of track components, engineering consultants, technical product manufacturers, ticketing specialists, spare parts providers, event organisers, and industry service professionals. (No voting rights are included.)

🔹 Trade Associate Memberships – based on annual turnover, offering businesses a structured way to engage with FEDECRAIL and the wider heritage rail community.

FEDECRAIL’s membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December. Upon joining, your first-year subscription covers 12 months, after which a pro-rata adjustment aligns your renewal date to the annual cycle. Annual invoices are issued each December.

Trade Associate Membership: This category is aimed at non-profit organisations and others interested in collaborating with FEDECRAIL to support the mutual goal of preserving and developing cultural heritage rail. Examples include educational institutions, cultural and technical associations, and national and regional organisations promoting tourism in the heritage rail sector. There are no voting rights associated with this membership.
